 I forgot my password, what do I do?

 

You must request a new password.  Click on "Forgotten password", enter your email address and you will receive your new password in your inbox.

 

You may also go to the online store and click on "My account info" or "Login to my account and click on "Forgotten password".

Follow the steps as described above.

 

Note that it is very important that you enter the password exactly as it is written.  Each character must be respected.

 How do I change my password?

 

You must go to the "My account" section of either the home page of the educatall club or the online store.  Enter your username and current password and go to My account info?

 I requested a new password but I didn’t receive an email as indicated.

 

Verify that you are registered with a valid email address and that you entered the address correctly. Usually, your new password is received shortly after the request.

 

You should also make sure that educatall does not appear in the "Unwanted email" section of your inbox. This is a frequent problem with Hotmail addresses. If this is the case, there is an option which allows you to authorize emails.

 How do I delete or add a password in my computer’s memory?

 

Here’s how if you use Internet explorerInternet Explorer.
Click on:
Tools, Internet Options, Contents, Automatic entry and erase documents, erase passwords.

 

If you are using Firefox - MozillaFirefox (Mozilla) :
Click on: Options, Privacy, Forms, Passwords and follow instructions
