I can’t open the PDF files

You must determine if the problem is related to all documents or only certain documents.

Verify that you have not blocked popups or publicity windows.

The problem most likely resides in the installation or in the version of ACROBAT READER you are using.

ACROBAT READER can be downloaded free of charge.  It is required to open all club documents.
Download Acrobat and follow the instructions.

I can’t print certain files

If you are able to print all documents except one or two it is very likely that the problem is the size of those documents. Large documents are much longer to download.  Your internet connection is also a factor. Try to allow ample time for complete download.

I can’t print any files

The files are slow to open or I get an “insufficient memory” message

Certain documents are substantial in size due to their resolution and the use of color. Your internet connection also plays a role.

Avoid having too many windows open at the same time (msn, email, etc.)

How can I get access to the printable material section?

To access the printable documents, you must be an educatall club member. You must have paid your annual membership fee. You must enter the section reserved for members to print documents.

The club is a section protected by passwords just like any other site. Another internet window opens. This is how it was built since it consists of much more than just images related to the themes. There are many other documents available (utilities, posters, calendars, memos) which are not related to the themes.

To become an educatall club member, you must purchase the package of your choice on the online store.
