BOOK SUGGESTION
THEME: Father's Day 2010

Around our house, I am the one who reads to the girls. It's not a gender thing but my husband just does not enjoy it as much as I do. Since Father's Day is fast approaching, it got me thinking that he might not be the only one who doesn't like reading. I also realized that he was missing out on quality cuddle time every night. I made it my mission to search for a type of book that could help him appreciate the closeness books create.

I found the perfect thing! Can you see what I see? Toys contains very few words. It's more like a hunt and seek game. The toy-packed illustrations are sure to attract little hands and eyes and children will be eager to find the hidden objects before their dad!

At the end of the book, you will find a word list with matching illustrations. Children who will be attending kindergarten in the fall will enjoy copying the words and identifying the letters and beginning sounds. Above all, they will be happy to spend time with their dad!
