Paper Roll Mini City
My preschoolers had so much fun making this mini city out of paper rolls. From painting the rolls to gluing the doors and windows, they enjoyed this craft from start to finish.
Supplies
- Colored Paper
- Black marker
- Scissors
- Glue or glue stick
- Paper rolls
- Paint
- Paintbrushes

Step One
Cut the paper rolls to different sizes and have children paint them all different colors. Set them aside to dry.

Step Two
Cut out paper rectangles for the roofs of the houses and buildings and fold them down the center. Have children draw designs on the rectangles to make them look more like roofs. Once this is done, have them draw windows and doors on pieces of colored paper.

Step Three
Cut out all the windows and doors and glue them on the painted paper rolls.

Step Four
Glue a folded roof on the top of each paper roll.

That’s it! Now you have houses and buildings to set up. Use them to create a cute little mini city! You could draw roads on a large paper and add toy cars to design a fun little play center.
