DIY Mini Notebooks

These little folded notebooks are made from one piece of paper. When completed, each notebook has four pages inside. They are great for a little writing or drawing project!

Supplies

Colored Paper
Scissors
Markers

DIY Mini Notebooks-1

Step One

Fold the paper down the middle the long way. Crease the paper, then unfold it.

Step Two

Now, fold the paper in half the other way. Crease the paper, but don’t unfold it.

Step Three

Fold back one quarter of the paper and crease it as shown.

Step Four

Flip over and do the same on the other side.

Step Five

Open the two side folds and cut down the center fold, just to the center as shown.

Step Six

Fold the paper in half the long way. Holding the paper by the two ends, push together until the middle meets to form two more pages. Fold it flat. You should have a nice little four-page notebook to decorate!

That’s it! Kids will have fun drawing or writing in their cute little notebooks!

Each Myfunvelope contains 4 crafts or activities, one STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math) activity to promote hands-on learning, a learn-to-draw card, and a paper craft. Markers, scissors, and glue dots are also provided.

MyFUNvelope was created by a busy mom for busy moms! We aim to create kits that are fun for kids and stress-free for moms with little mess. I promise no glitter!!! We also send glue dots instead of glue to make it easier for smaller children to craft independently.
