Maple caramelized apples (4 servings)
- 2 cups of maple syrup
- 4 firm apples
- Popsicle sticks
- Pour the maple syrup in a large pot.
- Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, watching closely.
- Simmer until the hot syrup forms a dense droplet when poured into a glass of very cold water. It must be as hard as candy.
- Stick a Popsicle stick in each apple and roll them in the preparation.
